This glove had broken web lacing on the one side of the web  This was due to the glove being very dry, especially the laces, which were very thin and very dry.  Most of the lacing was eventually replaced because it was clear that the glove would have numerous breaks over the next season if the old laces were left in.  They were just too dry.
